Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Ganger Dermatology.  Please review the following return/refund policies below.

Due to the nature of our retail products, returns will not be re-sold once they leave our premises.  All products shipped to customers have been stored appropriately once we receive them from the manufacturer, and we cannot guarantee this once they have changed hands. 

Returns/Exchanges

If you determine that your product is defective, we will coordinate with the manufacturer for a replacement.  Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Gift Cards are also non-returnable items. 

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Please call our office at (734) 344-4567 and we will initiate a replacement with the manufacturer. 

After your return/exchange is initiated, we will send you an email to notify you once the replacement request has been processed.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your product will be sent us, and you may bring in your defective item for the exchange. Or, we will mail your replacement to you by USPS if in advance you send your item to: Ganger Dermatology, 1979 Huron Parkway, Ann Arbor MI 48104. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Discounted Items 
Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale, short-dated, discontinued, and clearance items cannot be returned or replaced.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
